1. Social Media and Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Athens

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include daily online monitoring, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotional campaigns etc.
  • Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
  • Develop creative social media initiatives to acquire new fans and deepen engagement with existing fans.
  • Be an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Work with the web-team to ensure social media tools (FB connect, Sharing buttons) are kept up to date.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications.
  • Report on KPIs, measuring the impact of social media programs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
  • Measure the impact of our social media activities. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations.
  • Provide recommendations to the Marketing teams to enhance strategies.
  • Build infrastructure to leverage the customer care team for our social media channels.
  • Support and organize customers requests.

Desired Profile and Experience:

  • Bachelor's and Masters’ degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and Adsense, social media campaigns development, Facebook Power Editor and LinkedIn modules
  • Excellent knowledge in Social Media Analytics tools
  • 2+ years of proven track record in the area of social media, with strong understanding of its relationship to PR and traditional marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Greek and English), and the ability to share results in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of Hubspot platform
  • Excellent customer relationship skills

2. International Digital Sales Associate

Location: Athens

(Ref. Code: IDSA)


Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage day-to-day online sales activities. Duties include daily online monitoring, reporting and analyzing data.
  • Develop creative social media initiatives to acquire new customers and deepen engagement with existing customers.
  • Be an online sales advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Work with the web-team to improve our e-shop experience.
  • Provide recommendations to the Marketing and Communication team to enhance strategies.
  • Monitor trends in sales activity.
  • Work with the senior management team in order to improve the online sales strategy.
  • Monitor and report on competition, pricing and product development.


Desired Profile and Experience:

  • Bachelor's and Masters’ degree in a relevant area
  • 3+ years of proven track record in the area of online sales, with strong understanding of its relationship to marketing
  • Experience in selling to international clients and managing international campaigns will be considered an asset
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and Adsense
  • SEO management skills
  • Knowledge of Hubspot platform
  • Excellent customer relationship skills coupled with strong Presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Greek and English), and the ability to share results in a fast-paced setting
