In the role of receptionist, your work will be focused on providing services which help ensure a safe, healthy, and effective or efficient work environment. You will be responsible for administrative support of Nike team members as well as reception in Nike's facilities.
- Reception: Answer, screen and direct internal and external calls according to established performance standards and within an expected time frame.
- Greet, register and assign guest passes to visitors according to established performance standards. Notify appropriate individual of visitor's arrival.
- Receive, record, track and distribute all airline tickets, expense checks and packages to employees. Act as an information resource for visitors, employees and walk-in job applicants. Act as the ""front-line"" security presence and notify security immediately of any menacing or threatening visitors or phone calls.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain and update department information on a regular basis. Maintain current working knowledge of operational systems and technology pertaining to opti-set and phoneline applications. Maintain lobby bulletin boards. Act as contact location for 'lost and found’ items. Maintain supply of articles that are typically distributed through the reception.
Experience: Atleast 1 year experience in a customer service or front desk environment required
Certifications: CPR and Basic First Aid
