International Payroll and Benefits Coordinator - 18 months Temporary Assignment

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  • To process and administer international payroll and international benefits plans according to the Coca-Cola HBC reward policies and procedures.
  • To safeguard the Company's processes in the area of concern for being in line with audit reviews and controls
  • To support IAs in a direct and open way throughout the assignment.


Qualifications

Key Results Areas & Contributions

Management

  • Coordinates and administrates the international benefits plans e.g. the life and disability, medical, pension, Employee Stock Purchase Plans etc
  • Coordinates relocation in cooperation with the Group Relocation Agency
  • Assists the Group Tax Manager for administering and processing tax and social security aspects for IAs
  • Assists the Group Compensation Manager ensuring the ITP implementation, IAs employment contracts as well as the payroll audit processes implementation
  • Safeguards checks and controls


Business/Financial

  • Processes the International Payroll for several legal entities (CCBMS & AG) in accordance with Tax equalization policy. May also process shadow payroll in Greece
  • Processes reports related to international payroll e.g. pension plan, ESPP contributions, cross country charges
  • Screens and handles requests from IA’s of all nature in accordance with the ITP


People Development

  • Participates in Reward projects
  • Continuously improves knowledge on tax and social security aspects in the areas of concern


Leadership

  • Effective change management and communication utilized related to standardization of the Company’s Reward processes and practices in countries
  • Direction & point of reference for countries/BUs in own area of expertise
  • Winning country/BU/function acceptance for needed change in areas of expertise


Relationships

  • Builds strong working relationship with key stakeholders (i.e. IAs, Group Rewards Team, CSC HR & countries/Bus)
  • Cooperates with external service providers to create win-win solutions for the benefit of our customers; directly participates in vendor management of relocation providers
  • Cooperates with cross funtionaly to ensure desired results are met (legal, accounting, tax etc)
  • Regularly communicates with C&B community in countries on payroll issues, costs to be expected, benefits delivered, coordination of relocation etc

  • Participates in the review of the International Transfer Policy, contributes to the redesign and/or re-assessment of certain benefits (e.g. housing budgets for countries, cost of living adjustments, home trip allowances)

  • Comfort Around Higher Management
  • 2-4 years of experience in Rewards in multinational FMCG environment or consulting sector with access to Rewards know-how.
  • Strong experience in HR IS systems
  • Experience in payroll
  • Strong Analytical Skills and structured thinking
  • University degree preferably in Business Administration
  • Post graduate studies will be considered a strong asset
  • Excellent use of MS Office with great emphasis in Excel
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
