International Customer Service Representatives – Multilingual

Location: Athens

Job Type: Full-Time

The Role

You will join the Customer Service department of Peoplecert which supports a global network of partner organisations and professionals, 24/7 in 10 different languages. The department’s main goal is to provide information and customer advice as well as handle any enquiries that require product or service support.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for resolving customers’ technical or product enquiries by handling inbound and outbound international calls. The service is provided through chat, phone or e-mails.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent command of the English language (C2 level). Bilingual in English/Greek is preferred
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Italian, French or Dutch (native or C2 level certification)
  • University or equivalent degree
  • Availability to work on shifts on a rotating basis
  • A quick learner and able to multitask
  • Commitment to the job on a long-term basis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong customer service attitude
  • Excellent IT Skills, ECDL Core/Expert certification will be considered an asset
  • Professional experience in a multinational customer service centre is desirable but not required

GERMAN SPEAKING
Customer Support Associates
Location: Athens

The Role

You will join a team that supports our international German speaking customers. You will handle inbound and outbound international calls responding to our partners & customers’ requests related to our certification products and examinations. The role core deliverable is to offer superb customer service and ensure seamless “on boarding” of new clients who receive reliable and content-valid examinations.

Main responsibilities

  • Support all the processes for PEOPLECERT exams administered internationally
  • Respond to customer requests on products, processes and policies via phone, e-mail and other forms of correspondence
  • Identify and satisfy customers' needs and create a solid foundation of trust and rapport
  • Maintain records and client database

Job Requirements

  • University Degree preferably in Business Administration
  • Excellent command of German language (C1-C2 level) is required
  • Working experience in sales for a minimum of 1 year
  • Experience in an international environment and ability to deal with different cultures will be considered an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (both over the phone and in writing)
  • Excellent command of English language (C1-C2 level) will be preferred
  • Very good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, ECDL Core/Expert certification will be considered an asset
