Coca-Cola Tria Epsilon bottles,distributes and trades the Coca-Cola Company products, along with a range of its own products, such as the juices Amita and Frulite, the bottled water AVRA,Tsakiris potato snacks as well as products in cooperation with other companies,such as the ready to drink coffee illy cafe, the mixers Tuborg and Schweppes,the energy drink Monster and the tea Nestea.
The Company is seeking to recruit a Logistics Finance Manager for Greece & Cyprus. The Logistics FinanceManager:
  • Supports the top Management, providing promptly with decision oriented information and performance analysis regarding actual and budgeted costs
  • Plays a key role towardscost leadership across the organization, controlling the efficient spending onLogistics area Operating Expenses
  • Is the key finance partner to the Logistics department

KEY DIMENSIONS:

OPEX Budget Control: €50M
Number of Supported Operations: 4(GR Bottler, DSD, CY bottler, Tsakiris)
Number of Budget holders: 14
Number of Warehouses: 12 (7 GR Bottler, 2 CY –ambient/ chilled, 1Tsakiris, 2 CDE, 1 Elhym)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Owns the Business Plan andRolling Estimates processes, and performs decision oriented analysis verifyingresults and preparing variance analysis narratives
  • Provides regular information to the Logistics partners regarding OPEX management, focusing one fficiency and managing financial forecasting process for the respective area
  • Ensures Coolers CapitalExpenditure Control & Analysis
  • Influences supported functions on efficient performance monitoring and OPEX management
  • Provides guidance and financial expertise to the Supply Chain colleagues in a constructive way
  • Reviews constantly current departmental processes and designs new/more efficient ways of performing

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
  • University Degree in Finance / Accounting or Business Studies
  • Postgraduate degree in Financial Analysis or subjects related to Supply Chain management will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of English languages
  • Business knowledge of Supply Chain processes /operations
  • Proven Knowledge of SAP and Excel systems
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in financial analysis role
  • Proven experience in working closely with Supply Chain function
  • Operational planning experience
  • Experience in managing team is an asset
