In order to improve efficiency and coordination, the group- and helpdesks of the international markets will be centralised in Head Office. We therefore have the opening of 1 position for:

International Group - and Help Desk Agent

This position brings along the following responsibilities:

  • Telephone/email point of contact for international travel agencies to support the international sales teams of Aegean
  • Receive and process ad-hoc group requests and ensure requests are turned into sales
  • Implement contracted group series and ensure all contracted timelines and procedures are met

The Reliability & Development Engineer is responsible for the overall monitoring of the Reliability system. The Reliability & Development Engineer assures the efficient and airworthy operation of the company’s fleet with respect to specific ATA chapters of the Airframe & Systems issues.


This position brings along the following responsibilities:

  • Manages and administrates the Condition Monitored Maintenance Program
  • Analyses the effectiveness of the Maintenance Programme with respect to all parameters of technical nature (flight & ground defects, spares utilisation and incidents) affecting the operation of the aircraft
  • Liaises with the Maintenance Program Engineer
  • Reviews and prepares the Monthly Reliability Report
  • He/She is the Chairman of the Reliability Control Board
  • Performs Airframe & Development Engineer’s responsibilities in specific ATA chapters

The Airframe & Development Engineer assures the efficient and airworthy operation of the company’s fleet with respect to Airframe & Systems issues.


This position brings along the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluates, provides instructions and monitors the compliance of the applicable Airworthiness Directives and Service Information relevant to the Airframe and Aircraft Systems, issued by the applicable regulations and aircraft manufacturer, using AMOS system
  • Monitors, evaluates and provides instructions for the accomplishment of Service Information and Modifications applicable to the aircraft type (Airframe and Systems) those raised by the operational needs and by the Reliability review of the fleet, using AMOS system
  • Liaises with MCC for any related on Airframe & Systems issues
  • Liaises and provides support to Line Maintenance on Airframe & Systems related issues
  • Liaises and provides support to Base Maintenance on Airframe & Systems related issues
  • Communicates with the aircraft or systems’ components manufacturer for related queries or component interchangeabilities
  • Liaises with Maintenance Planning for the accomplishment of the related Service Information
  • Liaises with Logistics for queries related to Airframe & Systems
  • Contributes to the Monthly Reliability Review for issues related to Airframe & Systems and recommends solutions as necessary
  • Liaises with the rest of Technical Department sections for Airframe & Systems related issues for the aircraft phase-in/out of the fleet
  • Participates in the AOG rota

Revenue Management Point to Point Analysts

The Department:

Aegean’s Revenue Management Department is responsible for the inventory, pricing, distribution and revenue optimization of Aegean scheduled flights.

The Role:

Reporting to Revenue Management Point to Point Team Leader, the candidate will be responsible of for revenue per flight of the markets assigned and proactively take all measures to achieve the best possible result.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility of generated revenue on assigned routes
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies on a given set of routes
  • Regular monitoring of route performance and competition activities
  • Monitor demand forecast and system proposed activities and take corrective action where needed
  • Extensive analysis and interpretation of available data and implementation of corrective measurements
  • Identification of extraordinary flight developments through the Revenue Management System and independent evaluation and implementation of corrections
  • Interaction and feedback with local markets


Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

Job Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor degree
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • 2 years of working experience in an analytical and decisive position
  • Advanced MS Excel and basic MS Access skills
