Business in Retail Account Manager


Role purpose:

Drive sales of Enterprise Services through Vodafone Shops. Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by applying the Vodafone Way of Selling.

Key accountabilities:

  • Coach & support Business Advisors from partners/Franchisees
  • Monitor performance of shops under area of responsibility with focus on convergence & customer experience
  • Provide guidance within shop for all business-related issues
  • Effectively execute CVM campaigns for cross/upsell to existing customer base


Competencies & experience:

  • Experience in serving SoHo/SME Customers
  • Very good knowledge of Business Services
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with both, internal and external collaborators & customers
  • Restless execution skills and strong results and customer orientation


Qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Previous experience in B2B and/or retail sales, 2-3 years as a minimum
  • Excellent command in Greek & English (oral & written)


Key performance indicators:

  • Commission spend vs Budget
  • Business Advisors average productivity
  • Performance vs monthly targets
