Quality Manager  

DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure the organization’s management systems’ continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness
  • Manage and maintain the OPAP Group Integrated Quality Management System and its area-specific subsystems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, etc.)
  • Schedule and conduct internal audits and support audits for standards already or about to be certified
  • Support internal users to monitor KPIs, to resolve and to close audit remarks
  • Support internal users to adapt, evolve and maintain processes
  • Promote cost-effective processes and avoid unnecessary bureaucracy and costs
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in collaboration with business partners to continuously improve processes, and provide recommendations leading to an improved impact to the company
  • Monitor international and national development of applicable standards by gathering relevant data and manage the effective migration of existing systems
  • Prepare reports for management review, including issues and achievements
  • Identify areas that additional certifications may bring value to the Group and promote and manage the process to seek additional certifications
  • Define and initiate change in management systems by identifying leverage points for change in the process


REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or related field. Postgraduate degree will be preferable
  • 5+ years’ experience in integrated quality management systems, preferably in service industries
  • Lead auditor for one or more of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and preferably internal auditor for the others
  • Desirable experience with any one or more of ISO 22301, ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 31000, SOX, COBIT, SA 8000, OHSAS 18001
  • Desirable CISA, CISM or other security auditor accreditation
  • Project management skills are essential. Project Management Certifications will be preferable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Greek & English language
  • Excellent presentation skills both in Greek & English language
  • Experience in leading multifunctional teams to common action
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Strong numerical and statistical skills
  • High level of accuracy with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Fulfilled military services (male candidates)
