To develop APIVITA International Sales based on APIVITA Global Brand Development Strategy. To have the ability to recognise opportunities and the sales experience to successfully negotiate and reach agreements in a global environment.
- Implements APIVITA Global Brand Strategy on an international level.
- Manages Global Business Development and market expansion.
- Develops, recommends and implements multi-year and annual International Sales Plans and route-to-market strategies.
- Full P&L responsibility, sets Budget and Sales targets and presents to Top Management.
- Proposes performance metrics for International Sales partners (distributors/retail etc.), depending on route-to-market.
- Monitors Global Corporate Affairs and Public Dialogue projects
- Required skills & experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience in an international business environment in FMCG sector and preferably in Natural Cosmetics. Experience and Knowledge of the market of Asian Countries will be an asset.
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, International Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA, preferably in Marketing.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills, both in Greek and English.
- Good knowledge of one of the two languages Chinese or Japanese is required as a second foreign language.
- Strong execution, leadership, decision making skills and forecasting experience.
- Familiar with Business Intelligence Systems.
- Ability to travel on a regular basis.
