Live Experiences is an event coordination company based in Athens, working with corporate and social clients in the city and the islands. We are looking for: Administrative assistant / event coordinator. The person on this position will perform administrative and office support activities for three supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and creative presentations, and filing.
Extensive software skills are required (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google platform based email software), as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. At actual events this person will coordinate temporary staff to meet & greet guests, seating arrangement, concierge service. The job may require some time out of Athens, especially during July weekends. Perfect use of English and Greek in written & oral and excellent communication skills.Bonus CV abillities: Use of Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD & Illustrator software. Candidate must reside in Athens, preferably near the city center.
