SEPHORA Greece is interested in immediate hiring of Category Manager for Sephora brand, belonging to Marketing team reporting directly to Marketing Manager

The main mission of Sephora brand Category Manager is to drive growth of the brand through planning and execution of strategic marketing plans. To increase brand’s market share in Greek network & sell out. To analyze trends & sell out performance of categories, report and communicate KPIs. To set up key strategy & propose marketing activities & promotions implemented, to increase brand awareness

  • Experience in Cosmetics would be a strong plus
  • Experience in Category Management or Brand Management position, min. of 4 years
  • University / TEI degree in Marketing field
  • Master diploma would be a plus
  • Fluency in English language

Job Description:

The Sephora brand Category Manager is responsible for:

  • Design full year brand’s Marketing Plan
  • Propose actions & strategy followed according to priorities & big launches
  • Sales Reporting (analyze figures per category & propose promotions)
  • Negotiation with Europe team on brand’s budget & best allocation on actions planned
  • Forecasting & Ordering on new launches & ad hoc activities
  • Stock Management & stock monitoring
  • Price repositioning proposal
  • Communication and alignment with Group Sephora team & priorities
  • Negotiation with Public Houses and Media Agent to design media strategy for brand’s awareness
  • Monthly sales target setting to stores
  • Sephora Projects Leadership
  • Input on merchandising guidelines to ensure best brand’s image in the stores
