We are looking for a woman (who loves fashion) for the position of Customer Support Assistant to join our eCommerce office in Pikermi for ensuring that outstanding customer service experience is delivered at all times.
Day to day responsibilities will involve:
- Help streamline the processes, tools and workflows to ensure a highly efficient and effective customer support service
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable and timely support to our customers via the phone, email, and live chat
- Respond to customer queries that come through emails, calls and live chat
- Liaising information between customers and other departments (i.e. Sales/Billing/Stores)
- Turn cold leads who are asking about a product
- Communicate to the team feature requests and bugs reported by customers, as well as make recommendations for service improvements
- Be a community advocate for Welcome and its services
- Love Fashion!
- 2+ years experience in customer service or similar role
- Experience with web-based customer support applications (Zendesk, Zopim, Intercom etc)
- Friendly and upbeat personality
- Dependable and punctual, with strong time management and prioritizing skills
- Strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail
- Native English speaker or close. Additional languages spoken will be appreciated
- Demonstrable ability to step in the customer's shoes, understand their needs and do what is necessary to delight them
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively when resolving challenging situations
